Does a good score mean we are compliant with the EU AI Act?
No. The score is a planning tool, not a legal determination. Article 4 asks organisations to ensure staff have an adequate level of AI literacy, and structured, evidenced training supports that duty. No certificate is legally required and no fines are attached specifically to Article 4.
What should we do after the assessment?
