Does this work for field crews, not just the office?
Yes. The training runs in any browser on a phone, tablet, or laptop, so Field Operations crews can complete it between jobs while Office & Subsidies staff do it at a desk. Because the role adaptation step adjusts to each person, one seminar fits very different work across your business without any software to install.
Which roles benefit, and how exactly?

How does Learnery help with the EU AI Act AI literacy duty?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations to ensure the people who use AI have a sufficient level of AI literacy, with supervision starting on 2 August 2026. Learnery is built around that duty: it teaches safe use, data care, and the limits of AI in plain language, and each learner receives a verifiable certificate you can keep as evidence of the effort you made. It helps you meet the literacy duty; it does not make your company compliant on its own, and no fines are attached specifically to Article 4.

What does it cost for a farm, a cooperative, or a food producer?
Learnery is 39 euro per seat, one time, with no subscription and no renewal. Volume discounts apply for teams, so a cooperative training dozens of members pays less per seat. You buy only the seats you need and you keep a certificate for every learner.
Can I train just myself, or my whole team?
Both. If you run the business, buy a batch of seats and invite your staff by email as a manager; each person trains at their own pace and you can see who has finished. If you are a single grower, adviser, or farm shop owner, buy one seat for 39 euro and train solo. Learnery covers 35 industries and is available in six languages, which helps mixed and seasonal teams learn comfortably.
