Nous informons les administrateurs du compte par courriel au moins 30 jours avant d’ajouter ou de remplacer un sous-traitant ultérieur, et vous pouvez vous y opposer pour des motifs légitimes de protection des données dans ce délai de 30 jours. Un prestataire qui n’offre pas à la fois un contrat de sous-traitance et un mécanisme de transfert licite n’entre pas sur cette liste, quel qu’en soit le coût pour nous.
