Why do accounting and bookkeeping firms need AI training?
In an accounting and bookkeeping firm, the risk is not that staff avoid AI. It is that they already use it on your most sensitive material: bank statements, payroll figures, and tax positions. Untrained, that can leak confidential client data into a public tool, or push a confident but wrong number into a report or filing. Training replaces casual, risky habits with one safe, repeatable method. Learnery shows staff exactly where AI helps (first drafts, summaries, sorting) and where a qualified person must always decide (approvals, tax treatment, and payment actions).
What does the Learnery training actually cover?
The seminar runs in five interactive steps and takes about one hour in total:
- AI foundations: what these tools are, and what they are not.
- Safe use at work: protecting client data and spotting confident wrong answers.
- Everyday prompting: getting a usable draft on the first try.
- Industry adaptation: examples built for accounting and bookkeeping work.
- Role adaptation: tailored to each person's daily tasks.
Along the way, staff practice with an AI tutor, live chat roleplay, and a prompt lab, then earn a verifiable completion certificate.
How does AI training apply to each role in the firm?
Learnery adapts to the real jobs in your office, so every person finishes with a safe first task they can use the same day.
| Role | A safe first AI task |
|---|---|
| Bookkeeping & Records | Turn a folder of scanned receipts into a clean draft expense list, then review it. |
| Tax Preparation & Filings | Summarize a long tax notice into plain language while a preparer confirms the position. |
| Payroll | Condense a multi page payroll notice into a short team summary, with no final approvals. |
| Client Advisory & Reporting | Draft the narrative around figures you have already verified. |
| Office & Client Intake | Write polite reminders and status updates for missing client documents. |
Does Learnery help with the EU AI Act?
The EU AI Act Article 4 asks organizations to make sure their people have a basic level of AI literacy, and supervision of this duty starts on 2 August 2026. Learnery supports that duty by giving every employee a shared foundation in safe, effective AI use, plus a verifiable certificate you can keep as a record of the effort. It does not make your firm compliant on its own, and no fines are attached specifically to Article 4, but it is a practical, documented step toward meeting the literacy expectation.
What does it cost and how do we buy it?
Learnery is 39 euro per seat, one time, with no subscription and no renewal. Volume discounts apply for teams. You can buy it two ways: a manager buys seats and invites staff, then watches progress as each person finishes, or an individual pays 39 euro and trains solo. It runs entirely in the browser in 6 languages, so a mixed office can each train in the language they prefer.
