Why does a beauty salon or spa need AI training?
Beauty Salon & Spa teams already juggle bookings, product sales, treatments and a busy social feed. AI can draft captions, answer client enquiries, summarise supplier emails and suggest retail bundles, but only when staff know how to use it well and keep client information private. Learnery gives everyone in the salon, from the front desk to the treatment room, the same practical foundation in around eight hours, so the tools save time instead of creating risk.
What will my team actually learn in eight hours?
Learnery is a browser based seminar with five interactive steps, an AI tutor, a live chat roleplay and a prompt lab where staff practise on real salon tasks. Every learner finishes with a verifiable completion certificate.
- AI foundations: what AI is, and what it can and cannot do.
- Safe use at work: protecting client data and spotting mistakes.
- Everyday prompting: asking for exactly what you want.
- Industry adaptation: examples built for salons and spas.
- Role adaptation: tasks matched to each person's job.
How does the training fit each role in my salon?
The final step tailors examples to the person taking it, so a therapist and a manager learn different uses of the same tools. Here is how it maps to the real roles in a salon or spa.
| Role | Example AI use after training |
|---|---|
| Reception & Bookings | Draft friendly replies to enquiries and rebook a cancellation quickly. |
| Stylists & Therapists | Explain a treatment or aftercare in clear, calm wording. |
| Retail & Products | Write product descriptions and suggest matching home care. |
| Management | Summarise reviews, rotas and supplier emails in seconds. |
| Social Media & Promotion | Plan a week of posts and captions in the salon's voice. |
Does this help with the EU AI Act?
The EU AI Act includes an AI literacy duty under Article 4, which asks employers to make sure staff who use AI understand it. Supervision of this duty starts on 2 August 2026. Learnery supports that literacy duty by giving your team a documented, structured introduction to using AI responsibly at work, which helps you show genuine effort and good practice. To be clear, a certificate is not legally required, no fines are attached specifically to Article 4, and training on its own does not make a company compliant.
How much does it cost and how do we buy it?
Learnery is 39 euro per seat, paid one time, with no subscription and volume discounts for teams. You can buy it two ways. A manager can buy seats for the salon and invite staff by email, or an individual can pay 39 euro and train solo. The seminar is available in six languages, so a mixed team can each learn in the language they prefer.
