Nurseries and kindergartens run on constant writing and coordination, from morning drop off notes to end of day updates. Educators plan activities and record observations, Parent Communication staff answer questions and send updates, Administration handles enrolment and invoices, Meals & Care teams track allergies and routines, and Activities & Events staff organise trips and celebrations. Is it safe to use AI with children's and families' data?

How does Learnery fit around a busy nursery day?

Does this help with the EU AI Act's AI literacy duty?
Yes. Article 4 of the EU AI Act introduces an AI literacy duty, meaning staff who use AI should understand it well enough to use it responsibly, with supervision beginning on 2 August 2026. Learnery is built to help your setting meet that literacy duty by giving every member of staff a shared, documented grounding. The certificate is proof that training took place, not a legal certification, and no fines are attached specifically to Article 4.
How do we buy it, for a team or for ourselves?
Two ways. A manager or owner can buy seats for the whole team and invite staff, tracking who has finished, or a single educator can pay for themselves and train solo. Either way it is 39 euro per seat as a one time payment, with no subscription and no renewal, and teams receive volume discounts. You pay once, your staff keep the skills, and new joiners simply take a seat when they arrive.
