How does Learnery fit around live projects and busy sites?
It runs entirely in a browser on a laptop or phone, so a supervisor can complete it from the site cabin and an estimator from their desk. There is no install and no scheduling headache. The full seminar takes about one hour and can be done in one sitting or across short breaks between meetings. It is available in six languages, which helps mixed crews, international subcontractors and multilingual office staff learn from the same material.
Does this help with the EU AI Act AI literacy duty?
Yes. Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations to make sure staff who use AI have a sufficient level of AI literacy, with supervision beginning on 2 August 2026. Learnery is built to support that duty: it gives every employee a consistent grounding in safe, effective AI use, plus a certificate you can keep as evidence of effort. It helps you meet the literacy obligation and gives you a clear record, but it does not by itself make your company compliant, and no certificate is legally required.
What does it cost for a construction team?
Learnery is 39 euro per seat, one time, with no subscription and no renewal. Volume discounts apply for teams. There are two ways to buy:
- For a team: a manager buys seats for the whole crew and invites staff by email.
- For yourself: an individual, such as a project manager or estimator training solo, pays 39 euro and starts alone.
Learnery covers 35 industries, so a mixed group can train together while each person still gets construction and role specific guidance.
