Why does my gym or fitness studio need AI training?
Staff across a Gym & Fitness Studio already reach for AI tools every day, whether that is a front desk assistant drafting a reply to a membership complaint, a trainer building a client program, or a marketer writing a class promotion. Without a shared foundation, that use is inconsistent and sometimes risky, with member data pasted into public chatbots and off brand messages going out under your name. Learnery gives your whole team one clear, practical grounding so AI becomes a reliable helper instead of a liability.
Which roles in my fitness studio does this actually help?
Learnery adapts every example to the real jobs in your club, so each person practises on tasks they already do. The table below shows where the training lands for the main roles.
| Role | How AI helps day to day |
|---|---|
| Front Desk | Faster, friendlier answers to member questions and clearer email replies |
| Trainers & Instructors | Draft program ideas, session plans, and client check ins in minutes |
| Membership & Sales | Sharper follow ups, objection handling, and win back messages |
| Management | Quick summaries, rota notes, and policy drafts without the busywork |
| Social & Community | On brand captions, class promos, and community posts at speed |
What does the eight hour seminar actually cover?
Learnery is a browser based, interactive seminar with an AI tutor, live chat roleplay, and a prompt lab where your team practises on real fitness scenarios. It runs in around eight hours across twelve steps:
- AI foundations, so everyone understands what these tools are and are not
- Safe use at work, including member privacy and what never to paste
- Everyday prompting, the core skill for getting useful results
- Industry adaptation for gyms and fitness studios
- Role adaptation for each person's specific job
Everyone who finishes earns a verifiable completion certificate.
Does Learnery help my studio meet the EU AI Act AI literacy duty?
Yes, it supports it. Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations to make sure staff who use AI have a sufficient level of AI literacy, and supervision of this duty starts on 2 August 2026. Learnery is built to help you meet that literacy expectation with structured training and a completion record for each employee. A certificate is not legally required, and no fines are attached specifically to Article 4. This training does not by itself make your business compliant, but it is a clear, documented step toward the literacy duty.
How much does Learnery cost for a gym team?
Learnery is 39 euro per seat, one time, with no subscription and no renewals. Volume discounts apply for teams, so a larger club pays less per seat. A manager buys the seats they need and invites front desk, trainers, sales, and social staff by email, then tracks who has finished. The training is available in six languages, which helps mixed international teams train together.
Can an individual personal trainer buy it just for themselves?
Yes. There are two ways to buy. A manager can purchase seats for a team, or an individual can pay 39 euro once and train solo. A freelance personal trainer, group instructor, or studio owner working alone gets the same twelve step seminar, AI tutor, prompt lab, and certificate as a full team.
