Why does my hotel need AI training now?
Hotels run on communication across shifts, languages and departments, and AI tools already touch most of it. Reception staff draft guest emails, Food & Beverage teams write menu text, and Management pulls together reports. When people use these tools without guidance, they risk leaking guest data, trusting a wrong answer, or sounding off brand. Learnery gives your whole property one safe, shared way to use AI, so the time savings are real and the mistakes are avoided. It works in the browser, needs no installation, and fits around the front desk, housekeeping rounds and back office hours.
What will our team actually learn in about one hour?
Learnery is a browser based, five step interactive seminar that most people finish in about one hour. The five steps are:
- AI foundations, so staff understand what AI is and where it can be trusted.
- Safe use at work, covering guest privacy, confidential data and checking answers.
- Everyday prompting, the practical skill of asking for what you actually need.
- Industry adaptation, tuned to Hotel & Accommodation work.
- Role adaptation, tuned to each person's job.
An AI tutor guides each learner, a live chat roleplay lets them rehearse real guest situations, and a prompt lab builds habits they can use on the next shift. Everyone finishes with a verifiable completion certificate.
How does the training fit each hotel department?
The final two steps adapt the seminar first to the Hotel & Accommodation sector and then to each person's role, so a housekeeper and a revenue manager get examples that match their day. Here is how the same training lands across your property.
| Role | Everyday AI use after training |
|---|---|
| Reception & Front Desk | Drafting guest replies, handling requests, translating messages |
| Housekeeping & Room Cleaning | Clearer shift notes, simple checklists, quick translations |
| Food & Beverage | Menu descriptions, allergen answers, supplier emails |
| Management & Back Office | Report drafts, rota planning, policy summaries |
| Maintenance & Technical | Logging issues clearly, reading manuals, safety notes |
| Events & Groups | Proposals, quotes, group itineraries |
Does this help with the EU AI Act AI literacy duty?
Yes, it supports it. Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations to make sure staff who use AI have an adequate level of AI literacy, and supervision of this duty starts on 2 August 2026. Learnery helps you meet that duty by giving employees structured, recorded training in safe and effective AI use. To be clear, a certificate is not legally required, no fines are attached specifically to Article 4, and no company has been fined. What Learnery gives you is a genuine, good faith effort you can point to.
Can I train one person or the whole hotel?
Both. If you manage a property, you buy seats and invite your team, from Reception and Front Desk to Maintenance and Technical and Events and Groups, then see who has finished. If you work in hospitality yourself, you can pay for a single seat and train solo. Either way it is 39 euro per seat, a one time payment with no subscription, and teams get volume discounts. Learnery covers 35 industries and is available in six languages, so seasonal and international staff can train in a language they are comfortable with.
