Why does a marketing agency need AI training now?
In a marketing agency, AI is already in the workflow, whether or not anyone approved it. A junior in Copywriting and Content speeds up first drafts, Social Media generates captions, and SEO and Paid Ads spins up variant headlines. The risk is not that people use AI. It is that they use it inconsistently, paste confidential client data into public tools, or ship output nobody checked. Learnery gives your whole agency one shared standard, so AI makes the work faster without putting client trust at risk.
What will each role in our agency actually learn?
The core lessons are the same for everyone, then Learnery adapts the examples to marketing agency work and to each person's job. A few examples:
| Role | What they take away |
|---|---|
| Copywriting and Content | Faster first drafts and editing prompts that keep brand voice |
| Design and Creative | Briefing AI tools without leaking unreleased campaign assets |
| Social Media | Generating and checking captions, hooks, and replies at speed |
| Account Management | Summarising briefs and calls without exposing client data |
| SEO and Paid Ads | Drafting variant headlines and ad copy to test, then verifying claims |
| Strategy and Research | Structuring research and sense checking AI output before it informs a plan |
How does the training actually work?
Learnery is a browser based seminar that takes around eight hours, with no software to install. It moves through five interactive steps: AI foundations, safe use at work, everyday prompting, industry adaptation, and role adaptation. Along the way an AI tutor answers questions in plain language, a live chat roleplay lets people practise real agency scenarios, and a prompt lab lets them write and improve prompts hands on. Everyone who finishes earns a verifiable completion certificate. It is available in six languages, so distributed and multilingual teams train together.
Does this help us with the EU AI Act?
Yes, it supports the AI literacy duty in Article 4 of the EU AI Act, which asks organisations to make sure staff who use AI have a sufficient level of AI literacy. Supervision of this duty begins on 2 August 2026. Learnery helps you meet that expectation by giving every employee a documented, structured grounding in safe and effective AI use, with a certificate as your record of the effort. To be clear, no certificate is legally required, and completing the training is one sensible step, not a guarantee of compliance.
What does it cost, and how do we buy it for the team?
Learnery is 39 euro per seat, paid once, with no subscription and no renewal. Volume discounts apply for teams, so larger agencies pay less per seat. There are two ways to buy:
- For your team: a manager buys seats, invites staff by email, and tracks who has completed the training.
- For yourself: an individual pays 39 euro once and trains solo, then keeps the certificate.
Because the cost is one time, a marketing agency can onboard new hires or a whole department without adding another recurring line to the budget.
