Does Learnery help with the EU AI Act AI literacy duty?
The EU AI Act includes an AI literacy duty, Article 4, that asks organizations using AI to make sure their people can use it competently and responsibly. Supervision of this duty begins on 2 August 2026. Learnery supports that obligation by giving your whole team a shared, documented grounding in safe and effective AI use, with a certificate for each person. To be clear, a certificate is not legally required, no fines are attached specifically to Article 4, and the training helps you meet the literacy duty rather than making your organization "compliant."
