Why does a real estate agency need AI training now?
Estate agents, property managers and marketing staff are already pasting client details, draft contracts and valuation notes into AI tools, often without knowing what stays private or what the tool might invent. One confident but wrong answer to a tenancy question, or one leaked seller instruction, can cost a deal or a reputation. Learnery gives your real estate agency a shared, practical baseline so every person uses AI with judgement instead of guesswork.
What will our agents and staff actually learn?
Learnery is a single interactive seminar built in twelve steps. Each step is short, hands on and tied to the work your office already does.
- AI foundations: what these tools are and where they get things wrong.
- Safe use at work: protecting client data, contracts and confidential seller information.
- Everyday prompting: getting useful results for listings, emails and research.
- Industry adaptation: how AI applies to property and estate agency work.
- Role adaptation: tuned to what each person does day to day.
How does Learnery fit each role in our agency?
The training speaks to the real jobs in an estate agency, not a generic office. After around eight hours, each role has a safer, faster way to work.
| Role | What AI helps with after training |
|---|---|
| Agents & Viewings | Faster follow up emails, viewing summaries and buyer replies, with private details kept safe. |
| Property Management | Clear tenant messages, maintenance notes and reminders drafted in seconds. |
| Office & Contracts | Plain language summaries and checks, without pasting sensitive clauses where they should not go. |
| Listings & Marketing | Sharper property descriptions, social posts and ad copy that still sound like your brand. |
| Valuations & Research | Quicker comparable research and report drafts, with the habit of checking every figure. |
Does this help with the EU AI Act?
The EU AI Act includes an AI literacy duty under Article 4: organisations should make sure the people who use AI have the skills to do so responsibly. Supervision of this duty starts on 2 August 2026. Learnery supports that duty by training your team and issuing a verifiable completion certificate for each person as evidence of the effort made. It is not a guarantee of compliance and no certificate is legally required, but it gives you a clear, documented record of the training your team has completed toward the literacy expectation.
How much does it cost and how do we buy it?
Learnery is 39 euro per person, one time, with no subscription and volume discounts for teams. A principal or office manager can buy seats and invite the whole branch, or an individual agent can pay for themselves and train solo. The seminar runs in the browser in around eight hours, in any of 6 languages, with an AI tutor, live chat roleplay and a prompt lab so people practise on real estate tasks rather than theory.
