Why does a school or tutoring center need AI training now?
Staff across a School & Tutoring Center are already using AI, often with no guidance at all. Teachers and tutors draft lesson plans, quizzes, and feedback with it. The admissions desk answers parent questions, administration handles schedules and reports, and the marketing team writes open day invitations. Without training, student names, grades, and family details can end up pasted into public tools, and the answers can be wrong in ways a parent will notice. Learnery gives your whole team one careful, shared foundation so AI saves real time without putting your students or your reputation at risk.
What will our teachers, admissions team, and administrators actually learn?
Learnery is a 5 step interactive seminar that each person finishes in about one hour, in the browser, at their own pace. It adapts to education and to each role, so a tutor and a front desk officer meet examples that match their real day. Along the way learners get an AI tutor to answer questions, live chat roleplay to practise tricky conversations, and a prompt lab to try prompts safely.
| Step | What it covers | Example for your center |
|---|---|---|
| AI foundations | What AI can and cannot do | Knowing when to trust an answer |
| Safe use at work | Protecting student and family data | What never to paste into a public tool |
| Everyday prompting | Getting useful results the first time | Drafting a clear parent update |
| Industry adaptation | AI in education | Lesson ideas and marking support |
| Role adaptation | Tasks specific to each job | Admissions replies and open day copy |
How does Learnery fit around lessons, exams, and open days?
Everything runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install and no long course to schedule. Each seat takes about one hour, and staff can pause and resume between classes. Learnery is available in 6 languages, which helps language centers and teams that welcome international families. When someone finishes, they receive a verifiable completion certificate you can keep on file for your Student Support, Administration, and teaching staff alike.
Does Learnery help us meet the EU AI Act AI literacy duty?
The EU AI Act introduces an AI literacy duty under Article 4, and supervision of this obligation starts on 2 August 2026. It asks organisations to make an effort to ensure the people using AI understand it. Learnery supports that duty by giving every staff member structured, role aware training and a record of completion. To be clear: a certificate is not legally required, no fines are attached specifically to Article 4, and no single course can make a school automatically compliant. Learnery helps you show a genuine effort.
What does AI training cost for a school or tutoring center?
Learnery is 39 euro per seat, one time, with no subscription and volume discounts for teams. There are two ways to buy. A manager or owner can buy seats for the center and invite staff, from Teachers & Tutors to Admissions & Parents contacts and Marketing & Open Days helpers. Or an individual teacher or tutor can pay 39 euro and train solo. Either way, the same 5 step seminar and certificate are included.
