AI Training for Clinic & Health Practice

Your front desk is already pasting patient questions into ChatGPT, and your billing team is drafting appeal letters with it. AI training for Clinic & Health Practice teaches every role to use these tools safely, protect patient data, and save time, in about one hour. Learnery turns curiosity into confident, careful practice across your whole clinic.

For a whole team or just you. About one hour, one time payment, and a certificate you keep.

Tailored to every role

Why does a clinic need AI training right now?

AI tools are already inside your practice, whether or not anyone approved them. A receptionist rewrites a recall message, a medical assistant tidies up notes, a biller drafts an insurance appeal. The real risk is not that staff use AI; it is that they use it without knowing what happens to patient information or how to catch a confident wrong answer. Learnery gives your whole clinic a shared, careful foundation, so AI saves time without putting confidentiality or accuracy at risk.

Which roles in our clinic does the training actually help?

Every step of the seminar adapts first to Clinic & Health Practice, then to the exact job each learner does each day. The examples come from real clinic work, not generic office tasks.

RoleWhat the training helps with
Front Desk & AppointmentsClearer recall and reminder messages, and safe replies to routine patient questions
Medical Assistants & NursingOrganising notes faster and knowing when a human must verify an AI answer
Administration & BillingDrafting appeal and coding letters and speeding up repetitive paperwork
Patient Communication & MarketingNewsletters, website updates and posts that stay accurate and consistent
Diagnostics & LabExplaining procedures in plain language and structuring reports with care

Does this help us meet the EU AI Act AI literacy duty?

The EU AI Act, in Article 4, asks organisations to make sure staff who use AI have a sufficient level of AI literacy. Supervision of this duty begins on 2 August 2026. Learnery is built to support that obligation: it teaches safe, informed use and issues a verifiable completion certificate for every learner, so you can show the effort you made to train your team. It does not make your clinic "compliant" on its own, and no fines are attached specifically to Article 4, but it is a practical, documented step toward meeting the literacy duty.

How does the one hour seminar work?

Learnery is browser based, so there is nothing to install and no IT project to run. Each learner moves through five interactive steps in about an hour, guided by an AI tutor, with live chat roleplay and a prompt lab where they practise safely:

  1. AI foundations, what these tools are and where they get things wrong
  2. Safe use at work, protecting patient data and spotting errors
  3. Everyday prompting, getting useful results from plain requests
  4. Industry adaptation, examples tuned to clinics and health practices
  5. Role adaptation, tasks specific to each person's job

Because practice happens in the prompt lab and not on real records, staff build confidence without touching sensitive information.

What does it cost for a clinic team?

Learnery is 39 euro per seat, paid one time, with no subscription and no renewal. Teams get volume discounts, and there are two ways to buy. A manager can buy seats for the practice and invite staff by email, then track who has finished. Or an individual, say a single medical assistant or practice administrator, can pay 39 euro and train alone. Either way, the seat is yours and the certificate stays with the learner.

Is it available for our multilingual team?

Yes. Learnery runs in six languages, so a mixed clinic team can each train in the language they are most comfortable with, then apply the same safe habits at the front desk, in the back office and in the lab.

Frequently asked questions

How long does Learnery take to complete?
About one hour per person. The five steps are self paced, so staff can finish in a single sitting or in shorter blocks between appointments.
Is our patient data safe during the training?
Yes. Learnery uses realistic examples that are not taken from real patient records, and it teaches staff what never to paste into a public AI tool. Learners practise in a prompt lab, never on live clinical information.
Do we get proof that each person completed it?
Every learner earns a verifiable completion certificate. You can keep these as documented evidence of your effort to build AI literacy under the EU AI Act.
Can one person train without buying for the whole clinic?
Yes. You can buy for a team, where a manager purchases seats and invites staff, or for yourself as an individual for 39 euro, one time. There is no subscription either way.
Which languages is the training available in?
Six languages, so a multilingual clinic team, from front desk to lab, can each learn in the language they are most comfortable with.
