Your team is already using AI. A Vehicle Sales rep drafts a follow up email with a chatbot, the Service Desk rewrites a repair explanation into plain language, and Marketing and Leads spins up listing copy in seconds. The question for a car dealership is no longer whether staff use AI, but whether they use it safely and well. Learnery is a browser based training that makes your whole dealership fluent in AI in about one hour.
Why does a car dealership need AI training?
Dealerships handle exactly the data that public AI tools can mishandle: customer names, income figures, licence and finance details, and trade in valuations. Paste the wrong thing into a free chatbot and it can leak. Trust a confident but wrong answer about a warranty term or a finance rule, and you mislead a buyer. AI training for car dealerships closes that gap by teaching people what AI is good at, where it fails, and how to keep customer data private while still gaining the speed.
What does the training cover in about one hour?
Learnery is a five step interactive seminar: AI foundations, safe use at work, everyday prompting, industry adaptation, and role adaptation. Along the way your staff work with an AI tutor, practise in live chat roleplay, and try real prompts in a prompt lab. It runs in the browser in six languages, and everyone who finishes earns a verifiable completion certificate. No installs, no full day workshop, and no prior AI experience needed.
How does it fit the real roles on the forecourt?
Every role sees examples drawn from dealership work, not generic office tasks.
| Role | A typical AI use | The safe habit it teaches |
|---|---|---|
| Vehicle Sales | Faster follow ups and objection replies | Never paste buyer finance data into public tools |
| Service Desk | Clearer repair explanations for customers | Check technical claims before sending |
| Finance and Admin | Summarising documents and drafting text | Keep personal and payment data out of prompts |
| Marketing and Leads | Listing copy, ads, and campaign ideas | Fact check specs and prices before publishing |
| Used Cars and Trade Ins | Faster descriptions and valuation notes | Treat AI estimates as a start, not a firm quote |
Does Learnery help with the EU AI Act?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act introduces an AI literacy duty for organisations that use AI, with supervision starting 2 August 2026. Learnery is built to support that duty: it gives staff a structured, documented grounding in safe and effective AI use, and the completion certificate is a record that the training took place. It does not make your dealership "compliant" or "certified", and no fines are attached specifically to Article 4. What it does is help you show a genuine effort toward the literacy expectation.
What does it cost and how do we buy it?
Learnery is 39 euro per seat, one time, with no subscription and volume discounts for larger teams. You can buy in two ways. A manager can buy seats for the team and invite staff across the dealership, then see who has finished. Or an individual, say one salesperson or an office manager, can pay 39 euro and train solo. Either way the price is paid once and the certificate does not expire.
