AI Training for IT Services & Support

Your helpdesk already pastes error logs into ChatGPT, your account managers draft client emails with AI, and your field technicians look up fixes on their phones between jobs. AI training for IT Services & Support turns that scattered, risky habit into a shared skill: in about one hour, Learnery makes your whole team fluent in AI they can actually trust with customer data and tickets.

For a whole team or just you. About one hour, one time payment, and a certificate you keep.

Tailored to every role

Helpdesk & Support System Administrators Field Technicians Account Managers Monitoring & NOC

Why does an IT services team need structured AI training?

IT Services & Support sits closer to sensitive data than almost any other department. A single support ticket can contain passwords, client server names, network diagrams, and personal data. When staff paste that into a public AI tool without knowing what is safe, the convenience quietly becomes a leak. Learnery replaces guesswork with a shared standard: everyone learns what AI is good at, where it invents answers, and which information never belongs in a prompt. The result is a team that moves faster on tickets and scripts without exposing the client relationships you depend on.

What will each of my roles actually learn?

Steps four and five of the seminar adapt every example to IT Services & Support first, then to the exact job of the person taking it, so the practice matches real work rather than generic tips.

RoleWhat AI helps with after the hour
Helpdesk & SupportDrafting clear ticket replies, summarizing long threads, turning a vague user complaint into a reproducible bug report
System AdministratorsExplaining and sanity checking scripts, drafting runbooks, translating cryptic log output into plain next steps
Field TechniciansQuick lookups on the spot, writing tidy job notes, prepping client friendly summaries from the van
Account ManagersShaping proposals, softening difficult client emails, preparing for renewal and upsell conversations
Monitoring & NOCSummarizing alert storms, drafting incident timelines, writing calm status updates for stakeholders

How does the one hour actually work?

Learnery is a browser based, five step interactive seminar, not a video playlist. Learners move through AI foundations, safe use at work, everyday prompting, industry adaptation, and role adaptation. Along the way an AI tutor answers their questions, live chat roleplay lets them rehearse real conversations, and a prompt lab gives them a safe place to write and improve prompts until the output is genuinely useful. It finishes with a verifiable completion certificate. Most people are done in about one hour, and the seminar is available in six languages.

Does this support the EU AI Act AI literacy duty?

Yes. Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organizations to make sure staff who use AI have a sufficient level of AI literacy, and supervision of this duty begins on 2 August 2026. Learnery is built to help you meet that expectation: it gives every learner a documented, consistent grounding in safe and effective AI use, and issues a certificate you can keep on file as evidence of the effort. To be clear, no company has been fined over Article 4 and a certificate is not legally mandated, but a trained team plus a record of that training is exactly the kind of good faith the duty is asking for.

Can I buy one seat, or do I need a whole team plan?

Both work. A manager can buy a batch of seats and invite staff by email, then track who has finished from a simple dashboard. An individual can pay for a single seat and train solo. Either way the price is 39 euro per seat, one time, with no subscription and no renewal. Larger teams get volume discounts, so equipping a full helpdesk or NOC rota costs less per person.

Frequently asked questions

How long does Learnery take to complete?
About one hour. It is a five step interactive seminar you can finish in a single sitting from any browser, and it ends with a verifiable completion certificate.
Is it safe for support staff to use AI on customer tickets?
It is once they are trained. Learnery's safe use at work step teaches exactly which data (passwords, client identifiers, network details) never belongs in a public AI prompt, so your helpdesk and field technicians know the line before they cross it.
Does Learnery help with the EU AI Act?
It supports the Article 4 AI literacy duty, whose supervision starts on 2 August 2026. It gives staff a consistent grounding in safe AI use and a certificate you can file as evidence of effort. It does not make a company compliant, and no fine is attached to Article 4.
How much does it cost for a team?
39 euro per seat, one time, with no subscription. Managers buy seats in a batch and invite staff, and larger teams such as a full NOC or helpdesk rota receive volume discounts that lower the price per person.
Can one person sign up without a company account?
Yes. Alongside the team option, any individual can pay 39 euro and train solo. It is the same seminar and the same certificate, whether you are a lone system administrator upskilling or a manager rolling it out to the whole department.
