AI training for Software Company teams

Your developers already paste code into ChatGPT, your support team drafts replies with it, and your marketers generate copy with it every day. AI training for Software Company teams matters because that usage is already happening, usually with no shared rules on what data is safe to share. Learnery gets your whole company safely fluent in AI in around eight hours, in the browser, with no subscription.

For a whole team or just you. Over 8 hours at your own pace, one time payment, and a certificate you keep.

Tailored to every role

Evidence for the EU AI Act, not just a course

Article 4 asks organisations to ensure their staff have an adequate level of AI literacy. When your team finishes, you can generate an attestation that anyone can verify from a code, without an account. It is a record of training delivered, not a legal determination of compliance.

Why does a Software Company need AI training if the engineers already use AI?

Because using an AI model is not the same as using it safely and well across a whole company. Inside a Software Company, adoption is uneven. A senior developer may prompt fluently while a new tester pastes a failing log full of customer records into a public chatbot. Learnery gives every function one shared foundation, so Developers, QA and Testing, Product and Design, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing, and DevOps and IT all work from the same playbook instead of improvising in private.

What will each role in our team actually learn?

The last two steps of the seminar adapt first to your industry and then to each person's role, so the examples match the actual work. Here is what that looks like across a typical Software Company.

RoleWhat they take away from Learnery
DevelopersPrompting for boilerplate, refactoring and code review, plus knowing when to trust and when to verify what the model returns
QA and TestingGenerating test cases and edge cases, summarizing bug reports, and catching AI mistakes before they ship
Product and DesignDrafting specs, user stories and research summaries faster, with clear limits on what data to share
Customer SupportWriting accurate, on brand replies and triaging tickets without exposing customer data
Sales and MarketingProducing outreach, landing copy and campaign ideas that stay truthful and on message
DevOps and ITScripting, log analysis and documentation, plus setting sensible internal rules for AI use

How does Learnery keep our source code and customer data safe?

Step two of the seminar, safe use at work, is built around exactly this. It teaches your team what is fine to paste into a public tool and what is not, how to strip secrets and personal data, when to prefer an approved internal tool, and when to escalate to a human. In a live chat roleplay, staff practice these decisions on realistic situations, so a support agent or a developer has already made the safe call once before facing it with a real customer or a real repository.

What is inside the training, and how long does it take?

Learnery is a browser based seminar that takes around eight hours and can be repeated any time. It runs in twelve steps:

  1. AI foundations: what these models are, what they can and cannot do.
  2. Safe use at work: data, privacy, tone and when to escalate.
  3. Everyday prompting: getting useful results in the prompt lab.
  4. Industry adaptation: examples drawn from software teams.
  5. Role adaptation: scenarios for each person's job.

An AI tutor answers questions along the way, and everyone who finishes earns a verifiable completion certificate. The seminar is available in six languages, which helps distributed teams train together.

How much does it cost, and can I buy just for myself?

Learnery is 39 euro per seat, paid one time, with no subscription. There are two ways to buy. A manager can buy seats for a team, invite staff by email and watch completion progress, with volume discounts for larger teams. Or an individual, say a developer or a marketer who wants to get ahead, can pay 39 euro and train solo. Either way the price is a single payment and the certificate is the same.

Does this help our company meet the EU AI Act AI literacy duty?

The EU AI Act sets out an AI literacy duty in Article 4, and supervision of it begins on 2 August 2026. Learnery helps your Software Company meet that duty by giving every employee structured AI literacy training and a verifiable record that they completed it. It supports the obligation and gives you evidence of the effort. It does not make your company certified compliant, and no fine is attached specifically to Article 4.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the Learnery AI training take?
Around eight hours. It is a browser based seminar of twelve steps that staff can pause and repeat any time at no extra cost.

No. Learnery runs in the browser. A manager buys seats and invites staff by email, and each person logs in and starts. There is nothing to install.
Is there a certificate at the end?
Yes. Everyone who completes the seminar earns a verifiable completion certificate that a manager can see, which doubles as a record of AI literacy training.
What does it cost for a team versus one person?
It is 39 euro per seat as a single payment either way. Teams get volume discounts, and individuals can buy one seat and train on their own.
Does Learnery fit a Software Company specifically?
