Because using an AI model is not the same as using it safely and well across a whole company. Inside a Software Company, adoption is uneven. A senior developer may prompt fluently while a new tester pastes a failing log full of customer records into a public chatbot. How does Learnery keep our source code and customer data safe?
Step two of the seminar, safe use at work, is built around exactly this. It teaches your team what is fine to paste into a public tool and what is not, how to strip secrets and personal data, when to prefer an approved internal tool, and when to escalate to a human. In a live chat roleplay, staff practice these decisions on realistic situations, so a support agent or a developer has already made the safe call once before facing it with a real customer or a real repository.
What is inside the training, and how long does it take?
Learnery is a browser based seminar that takes around eight hours and can be repeated any time. It runs in twelve steps:
- AI foundations: what these models are, what they can and cannot do.
- Safe use at work: data, privacy, tone and when to escalate.
- Everyday prompting: getting useful results in the prompt lab.
- Industry adaptation: examples drawn from software teams.
- Role adaptation: scenarios for each person's job.
An AI tutor answers questions along the way, and everyone who finishes earns a verifiable completion certificate. The seminar is available in six languages, which helps distributed teams train together.
How much does it cost, and can I buy just for myself?
Learnery is 39 euro per seat, paid one time, with no subscription. There are two ways to buy. A manager can buy seats for a team, invite staff by email and watch completion progress, with volume discounts for larger teams. Or an individual, say a developer or a marketer who wants to get ahead, can pay 39 euro and train solo. Either way the price is a single payment and the certificate is the same.
Does this help our company meet the EU AI Act AI literacy duty?
The EU AI Act sets out an AI literacy duty in Article 4, and supervision of it begins on 2 August 2026. Learnery helps your Software Company meet that duty by giving every employee structured AI literacy training and a verifiable record that they completed it. It supports the obligation and gives you evidence of the effort. It does not make your company certified compliant, and no fine is attached specifically to Article 4.
