Why does an E-commerce Business need AI training?
Online retail runs on repetitive writing and fast decisions: product descriptions, support replies, refund messages, ad variations, and pricing calls. AI can draft all of it in seconds, but only if your staff know how to prompt clearly, check the output, and avoid leaking customer data or publishing invented specifications. Learnery gives your whole E-commerce Business team one shared, practical foundation so AI speeds up the work instead of creating cleanup later.
What will my team actually learn in about one hour?
Learnery is a five step interactive seminar, not a video playlist. Each learner moves through the steps with an AI tutor and practises live, so the skills stick.
- AI foundations: what these tools do well, and where they get things wrong.
- Safe use at work: what never to paste, and how to protect customer and order data.
- Everyday prompting: getting a useful draft on the first or second try.
- Industry adaptation: examples set in online retail, not generic office work.
- Role adaptation: prompts shaped to each person's actual job.
Learners practise in a live chat roleplay and a prompt lab, then earn a verifiable completion certificate they can keep on file.
How does Learnery fit the real roles on my team?
The seminar adapts to the person taking it, so a listings writer and a returns agent see different examples. Here is how the five core roles in an online store tend to use what they learn.
| Role | Everyday AI use after training |
|---|---|
| Catalog and Listings | Draft and refine product titles, descriptions, and attributes at scale, then fact check the specifications. |
| Customer Service | Write clear, on brand replies faster and summarise long ticket threads. |
| Fulfillment and Returns | Turn policy into plain, friendly refund and delay messages, and draft internal notes. |
| Marketing and Campaigns | Produce ad and email variations to test, and rework copy for different audiences. |
| Analytics and Pricing | Explain data in plain words, draft report summaries, and sanity check pricing logic. |
Does Learnery help with the EU AI Act?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations to make sure the staff who use AI have a sufficient level of AI literacy. Supervision of this duty starts on 2 August 2026. Learnery supports that obligation by giving every learner documented, practical training and a certificate you can keep on file. It does not make a company compliant on its own, and no fines are attached specifically to Article 4, but it is a clear, defensible step toward meeting the literacy duty.
Can I buy for my team, or train just myself?
Both. A manager can buy a batch of seats, invite staff by email, see who has finished, and keep every certificate. An individual working in online retail can pay for a single seat and train solo. The seminar and the certificate are the same either way.
How much does Learnery cost?
Learnery is 39 euro per seat, one time. There is no subscription and no renewal. Teams receive volume discounts as seat counts grow, and the seminar is available in six languages, which helps when your support or fulfillment staff work across regions.
